Our firsthand experiences with bridge hacks of the last cycle and the limitations of existing cross-chain technologies impelled us to create Glacis. Built from the ground up with Moonsong Labs, we wanted to build an intuitive tool to tackle the intricate complexities developers face when managing apps across different blockchains. It goes beyond merely simplifying the developer experience but empowering developers so they focus their attention on innovation rather than infrastructure challenges. Glacis aims to actually enable developers to manage cross-chain risks and hopefully eliminate the need for relying on a single point of failure in the cross-chain stack.
How do we do this? By streamlining the use of multiple blockchain bridges, a traditionally complex and risky endeavour, featuring user-friendly, open-source capabilities for building secure, multi-bridge apps, enhancing reliability and ensuring robust protection against persistent cross-chain threats.

Since 2015, cross-chain activity continues to rise with over $10 billion transferred via bridges on a monthly basis and a 10x growth in multi-chain developers. It is against this backdrop, that Glacis aims to connect, simplify, and expand blockchain development to help developers scale their solutions more effectively.
